The workshop is offered as a weekend (Friday night, Saturday & Sunday) or as 5 separate 4 hour modules. Attendance at all 5 modules is recommended but not required.

This is a group workshop with time for learning and time for practicing privately with your partner. There will be demonstration couples who practice a skill in front of the group, as well as some group discussion, but no one is required to participate in front of the group. Learning from other couples is inevitable and often leads to the feeling that you’re not alone in your struggles. A workbook is provided to help you bring your learnings into your everyday life.
